How do I get my data out of the app?

Generate the doctor report. It is a PDF containing your cycle history, symptom frequencies, medications and lab results, and it is free on every tier. You can share it, print it, or email it to yourself from the share sheet.

I paid, but premium is locked. What now?

Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchase. That asks Apple directly what your Apple Account owns. If it says there is nothing to restore, check you are signed in with the same Apple Account that bought the subscription.

What happens when my free week ends?

Premium locks and the app stays fully usable. Everything you have already logged stays visible, the timeline still works, and the doctor report still generates. Premium buys new work, never access to your own past.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel PCOS Juno there. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep premium until the period you already paid for ends.

Does the app work without Apple Health?

Yes. Apple Health is optional and read-only, and the app never writes anything back to it. If you say no to any of the four requests — steps, weight, workouts, sleep — everything else works exactly as before.

Will my data sync to a new phone?

Your log is stored on the device, so it moves with an encrypted iPhone backup or a direct device-to-device transfer. There is no account and no server holding a copy, which is the trade: nothing of yours sits on our machines, and nothing of yours can be restored from them either.

I found a wrong food match. Does it cost me an entry?

No. If you cancel a barcode, label or typed lookup, the entry comes back. Only a photo scan is charged when the numbers arrive, because that one has already cost a model call.

Something is broken

Tell us what you tapped, what happened, and which iPhone you are on. A screenshot is worth more than a description — and if the problem is a wrong food match, the screenshot of the review screen tells us which database row lost.
